A bit about the artist:
There is a communion between Dustan Louque and those touched by his music - the live audience, the people who host his shows in intimate settings around the country, and the strangers who discover his songs somewhere in the ether. Louque strives for something deeper. He seeks to be conscious and connected - to the ground beneath his feet, to the physical space of the performance, to the environment that breathes around him.
After experiencing the corporate anonymity of a major record label, where despite success many artists can lose track of their individuality, Louque sought something more intimate in his professional journey. He calls his approach “barricade-free music.” He’ll tell you himself, he’s not interested in a traditional “industry” career. His shows are small, curated affairs, in living rooms, backyards, and even on the rooftops of his supporters. Everyone has a good seat. Everyone gets a chance to experience that genuine connection to the artist and his music.

Farm is Table an earthwork / dining table created from and within the farm soil. The concept is to challenge the perception of an “Farm to Table” Meal. The table is the farm - insinuating a new form of hyper-locality. The long table is at grade, the seating dug into the earth, the weeds, grasses and wildflowers are the centerpiece.
Chef Caroline Hahm will create a multi-course meal - locally sourced and mostly from Treiber Farms itself. Greens for the meal will be planted and picked from the table itself. Farmer and artist Peter Treiber Jr, will create serving platters and other accoutrements out of farm implements which will offer a contrast with the found classic white dinnerware and stainless steel utensils. In a choreographed event, 22 diners will eat together - in community at the earthen table.

The New Moon Grounding event is an immersive experience that blends different healing modalities to help participants feel centered and balanced. The event takes place during the new moon phase, when the energy is particularly potent for new beginnings and setting intentions.
Infused with Taurus energy, associated with the earth element and grounding, stability, and practicality; participants are encouraged to connect with their bodies and the natural world around them.
We will start with an IFS therapy meditation (Internal Family Systems therapy) guided by Verona Peñalba. This approach to therapy focuses on the different parts of the self and aims to help individuals understand and integrate these parts for greater self-awareness and healing.
Continue with a sound healing by Healing on the Sound with Mridu Singhal, with various instruments used to create soothing and healing sounds. The vibrations from the instruments will have a therapeutic effect on the body and mind, promoting relaxation and reducing stress.

Join us at the farm! Maria Geyman of Masha Tea is hosting this tasting around the fire as we drink teas from the collection. We will be drinking some wild-harvested teas from Washington State, organic east-coast grown herbs, and Japanese teas from a small organic farm in the Shizuoka prefecture. We will start with an introduction to the world of tea and tea culture and then learn about the individual herbs and tea as we taste.
Gaby of Gauchonfire and his team are returning to cook at Treiber Farms after their first event with us, three years ago. We are excited to host this incredible wood-fired, Uruguayan-style BBQ feast out in the field at Treiber Farms on Saturday May 28th.
Join us for this farm-to-table style, powered by fire dinner where Gaby will be cooking out in the field using ingredients from the farm, local meats, grass fed Argentinian rib eye, home made Argentinian sausage & blood sausage, just to highlight a few.
It is sure to be nothing but absolutely ... fire.
Event starts at 5:30, dinner to follow. Ends around 9, but feel free to stay and hang by the bonfire with us!
